Hello there! Is there any way that I can add additional fields to the “contact form” in order to expand the functionality of it? If not, are you familiar with an extension or plugin that I could download that would allow me to do so?

the chronoforms module is not available for joomla 2.5. Do you know another form module which can be used with Joomla 2.5?Yes there is:

I suppose it should be inside module and/or component. More exactly, you have a css folder inside component and if I remember well, you can adjust/add your CSS style when you create the form in backend > chronoform component.
