    Hello,
    One of my clients has shown me one bug in the checkout page of the woocommerce: https://www.ebikestore.com.br/finalizar-compras/
    The form doesn’t work properly when I change or edit a label, a text or anything, nothing happens with the page, and is just with this theme.<br>

    I have tried a test with another theme and works, the alterations are there, but in Kallyas, not, is always the same.
    Because of it that I believe that this is a problem of Kallyas and not a problem of Woocommerce.
    <br><br>
    I have tried downgrade Wodpress; I updated the Kallyas theme; I disabled all plugins, but the problem remains there, and here I am asking for some help.

    Status of the theme:<br>
    PHP version 5.6.29
    WP memory limit 256 MB
    Writable uploads directory Writable
    PHP Time Limit 30 - We recommend setting max execution time to at least 180 for importing the sample data. See: Increasing max execution to PHP
    PHP Max Input Vars 1000
    Connection to server CHECK NOW
    ZipArchive Installed
    WP Debug Mode OK

    Hi, it’s not just labels, I can’t edit anything on this page;
    To edit I use the plugins Woocheckout Manager and checkout form.

    For example, this is how the form is with other themes (which is perfect): https://www.ebikestore.com.br/teste/3.png

    I believe you will need to address the authors of the plugins.

    Maybe there is a functionality conflict between the theme and that plugin.

    As you may already know we do NOT offer support for third party plugins.

    It’s the theme that is a problem, I have already tried to disable all plugins and the same thing happens, in other themes the form works, but in Kallyas no, nothing changes in Kallyas.

    Hi,

    Note that we can not change the theme files for each and every plugin you may be using and that’s conflicting with the theme.

    Simplest thing to do is what i mentioned in my previous post. Nothing else

    no plugin hook function work – for everyone on the web – with all theme except Kallyas

    But is what I said, even if I disable the plugins with the theme on, and edit the form in the theme code itself, it does not change.
