Hi,
After few researchs everywhere on the forum + asking my hosting provider, it seems the error come from the theme/ script of the form… Everyhting is working fine when I’m testing the ”free quote” sending email. The admin received the email form contact, fine, but not the client who is asking for questions?
Php mail function is already activated on the server, everything works great for others website but not on Kallyas one.

Don’t kow what you did, but no, it’s still not working…
I can send a quote, the admin received the mail = OK, but I (the client) never received emails confirmation.February 21, 2017 at 9:57 pm #277434Hey any news guys? Need to go on with that!
February 22, 2017 at 12:24 pm #277438Hi there,
By default, the client doesn’t receive an email unless he selects the “Send me a copy” checkbox. Can you please provide us more details about the problem ? You clients don’t receive a copy of the email even if they select the “Send me a copy” ?
Thank you,
StefanFebruary 22, 2017 at 6:31 pm #277449Hi Stefan, This is exactly the problem… When I check the ”send me a copy” box, I never received any emails neither… Ben

February 28, 2017 at 6:35 pm #277495Hi there,
can you please check that everything is working now ? In order for the send me a copy option to work you need to have a field that has the “Is email” validation.
best regards,
StefanMarch 1, 2017 at 6:26 pm #277509Hi Stefan,
Yes, it’s working for the ”copy option”, huge thanks!
It’s not working for newsletter registration though… Do I need to do something else to make it work?Ben
March 3, 2017 at 5:30 pm #277515Hi,
You will need to edit that contact form and set the email fiedl to have the “is email” validation ( it’s probably set as not empty now )
Best regards,
