Hangs for 1.5 minutes in IE-11+ but not in Firefox.. No changes made.

Running Ammon HTML index.html or any of the links for first time with no changes… It will hang for about 1.5 minutes in IE-11+ on each page after I click the (Allow Blocked Content) the screen will go white-blank and hang-up or page doesn’t show until about 1.5 minutes later.. Firefox doesn’t have this problem but I need to run on IE also when I place on my server.. Why a very very slow load on IE but not on Firefox? .. Thanks..
