Hey there,
after copied my website from test-server to production server, there is no iconmoon any more. I made this with duplicator-plugin.
Where can i download the iconmoon for “product-landing”-demo page?Yours faithfully,
René WittFebruary 12, 2017 at 3:10 pm #276192Hi,
I’m really sorry for the inconvenience
I recommend you reading our nice Documentation about this: http://support.hogash.com/documentation/migrate-clone-your-website-the-right-way/ and also if after site migration, icons are looking strange or not appearing at all
Come back with an reply about the state of your issue, please.
Regards,
Dragos.

I think there might be some PHP error behind this.
Just tried accessing FTP but the folder i’m logged into, is empty. Could you double check too? Or, if you want, you can enable debugging yourself http://support.hogash.com/documentation/debugging-your-wordpress/ .
Thanks!
MariusFebruary 13, 2017 at 11:42 am #276254Hey Marius,

Unfortunately, the FTP credentials you provided are good, however, i think they point to a different site. I’ve made some changes to the files and i see that they don’t reflect the changes when openening the site.
Can you please check that the FTP details are ok for this site ?
Thank you,
StefanFebruary 22, 2017 at 4:39 pm #277444Hi again,
I ended up using the WPide plugin so i can make changes to your theme files. I’ve cleared the fonts cache and re-uploaded the icomoon package and i see it’s working now.
Can you please confirm everything is working fine now ?
Thank you,
Stefan -
