    Hi there,

    We cannot reproduce the problem internally. From what i see, there is an improper response from server when i try to login. Can you please try to disable your plugins one by one and see if the problem persists ? If you still have problems, we may need ftp access to your site to make further investigations.

    what kind of improper response?
    is it something which is not functioning properly OR you just cannot login?

    Hello,

    Have you tried what my colleague suggested with the plugins?

    I also noticed that you’re not using the latest version of WordPress. You might want to make a backup and update your WordPress too

    deactivated everything and still the same
    updated wordpress too

    still not working
