I believe the css that you have in your custom css was causing this.
When you click an url on your website on a mobile device you actually click on the logo and refresh the website. Fixed this from your other ticket. but the update is still required.

Go to Appearance > Menus > and select the menu that you want to be displayed in the top nav.

if the view is wider than a certain size the “burger links” are shown next to each other and there is no “burger”
on smaller sizes, the moment the “burger” shows up all is good, but the problem is on sizes where the burger disappears
